About

Our Human Approach

Before anything else, we are responsible humans. We are partners, parents, siblings, friends, and sources of support for the people in our lives. We are here to do good work and do it well. We believe that intentions matter and effective systems are meaningful. There is no one right way to make the world a better place, no universal path to sustainable non-profit organizations. But there is evidence, and there is experience, and we know how to use both to help our world evolve.

Our Professional Approach

As non-profit workers ourselves, we understand the challenges. We appreciate how hard it can be just to keep the lights on, let alone thrive as a non-profit organization. We've seen firsthand what can make the difference--what can make you feel prepared and confident about meeting your goals and making your vision and mission come to life.

Our team's previous titles include director of communications and development for conservation and wildlife organizations, executive director for LGBTQIA+ community-based organizations, medical clinician, communications specialist for a medical research institute, and writer/editor across human and environmental sciences for both public and private agencies.
